Yakamoz Vinegar Fermentation Products Food Transportation Industry and Trade Ltd.Şti (hereinafter referred to as “YAKAMOZ” or “Company”) is valuable to us to protect your personal data and private information. For this reason, we show all the necessary effort and care to process and preserve the personal data of persons associated with YAKAMOZ in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”). In its capacity as Data Controller, YAKAMOZ takes the necessary administrative and technical measures to protect your data in all transactions related to your personal data, and processes your personal data in accordance with the KVK Law, under the conditions described below and within the limits stipulated in the legislation.

- 1. Legal Nature and Scope
Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) requires the persons whose data are processed to be enlightened while obtaining their consent. The title of the article is "Information Obligation of the Data Controller".
According to the provisions of the KVKK, YAKAMOZ is the "Data Controller". In this context, with the obligation to inform the data owners, the identity of the data controller, the purposes of personal data processing, the persons to whom the personal data is transferred and the purposes of transfer, the legal reasons for the collection of personal data, to whom it can be transferred and methods, the update, deletion or anonymization that the personal data owner will direct to the data controller. It has brought an obligation to inform about the rights listed in Article 11.
In its capacity as Data Controller, YAKAMOZ informs and enlightens the data owners that it processes your personal data within the limits and conditions stipulated in the legislation in accordance with the Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data and the provision of Article 10 of the KVKK. - 2. In subparagraph (i) of paragraph 1 of Article 3 of the KVKK, data controller is defined as “real or legal persons who determine the purposes and means of processing personal data and are responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system”. The natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller, based on the authority given by the data controller, KVK

Your personal data collected for this legal reason can also be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law, within the scope of the purposes specified in this Clarification Text. - 8. Rights of Personal Data Owner and Application
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights listed in article 11 of the KVK Law to our Company through the methods set out below in this Clarification Text, our Company will finalize the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of it. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged. In addition, since applications regarding personal data must be made by the data owner himself in accordance with the legislation in force, only the part of your applications will be answered, and an application made about your spouse, relative or friend will not be accepted.

a) Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
b) If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,s
c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,

e) Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
f) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVK Law and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred
g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
h) To request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
- 10. Making the Application
