It is essential to adapt the knowledge and skill level of YAKAMOZ Vinegar employees to the developing technology, and to subject them to internal and external training in order to adopt our company's quality and information security policies, quality goals and objectives to all employees and newly hired personnel.
Standard trainings, demand trainings from personnel or managers and social trainings are planned annually by the human resources department in order to determine and realize the training needs that will contribute to the personal and professional development of the employees, support their career goals, increase work efficiency and improve quality. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the trainings, to get the opinions and suggestions of the employees and to be evaluated in the preparation of the training plans for the next year, the training is evaluated by the participants with the surveys made after the training.
