Candidates invited for an interview by Human Resources are given a "Competency Based Interview" according to their positions. Candidates who are evaluated positively in the first interview are then taken to a "Technical Interview" by the manager to whom the position is affiliated. "Personality Inventory" and "Reference Search" processes are initiated for candidates who are evaluated positively after the interviews.

 

Comprehensive orientation training, consisting of the Structure of the Organization, Working Principles, Occupational Health and Safety, General Health and Hygiene, is given to employees who successfully pass all processes and are recruited.
