Balsamic Vinegar Strawberry Cake Recipe

  • 450 grams of strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey

For Cake;

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp milk + 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1+3/4 tsp cake flour
  • 1+1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 tsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Put half a teaspoon of lemon juice in half a glass of milk and wait for a while. Cut the strawberries. Grease the cake mold and arrange the strawberries. Mix brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and honey. Stir and boil. Remove from the heat and pour over the strawberries. For the cake; Mix dry ingredients in one place and wet ingredients in another. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together to form a cake batter. Cook for 1 hour. Serve after cooling for 10 minutes.
